Horse racing on historical races may damage the industry.

The changes in the regulations made by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission recently has caused an uproar. The regulation will allow individuals to bet on historical races without knowing the names of the horses, jockeys and trainers. This simply means the horse betting system is based on luck of the draw. The Kentucky Horse Racing Commissions believes that the regulation will expand the horse betting industry in the near future.
However many organizations such as The Family Foundation of Kentucky are apposed to the new regulation. These organizations and associations who are against the decision will be challenging the actions of the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission to remove the regulation.
At the moment, the regulation is still being processed and the final decisions will be made shortly.
